Our patented CLR Irrigator facilitates irrigation (warm saline) and suction of the pleural cavity via pleural catheters.Toggling between irrigation and suction promotes gentle agitation in the pleural space to facilitate evacuation.
Our CLR Port stays attached and in-line with the pleural catheter and Pleur-Evac and enables repeated irrigation / lytic protocols without disconnections or piercing tubing. The CLR Port may be accessed using the CLR Irrigator or our CLR Port Injector, which allows you to draw back or inject into the pleural space (e.g., as part of lytic protocols) using a standard Luer syringe.
